Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No. Adya Shree currently accepts prepaid orders only.

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes. Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been inspected.

Why may my product look slightly different from the website images?

Minor variations in colour may occur due to different screen settings. Handcrafted details such as embroidery, block printing, and artisanal finishes may also vary slightly, making each piece unique.

How do I choose the correct size?

How should I care for my garment?
