At Adya Shree, every garment is thoughtfully crafted with care and attention to detail. We strive to ensure that you love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and exchange policy below.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Exchanges are subject to size and product availability.
• If the requested size is unavailable, you may exchange the item for another product of equal or higher value (price difference, if any, will be payable by the customer).
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
• You received a damaged product.
• You received the wrong item.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
A clear unboxing video and photographs may be required for verification before approving the return.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Products purchased during clearance or sale.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing.
• Items without original tags or packaging.
• Products returned after the specified return/exchange period.
Return & Exchange Process
1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share your order number along with clear photographs (and an unboxing video if applicable).
3. Once approved, we will provide further instructions.
4. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the exchange or eligible refund.
Refund Policy
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping Charges
• If the exchange is
due to a size preference or customer choice, return and reshipping charges may apply.
• If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Adya Shree will bear the applicable shipping charges.
