Welcome to Adya Shree. We are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing
• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• During new launches, festive seasons, or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Charges
• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
• We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
• Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS/WhatsApp (where applicable) with your tracking details.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the package and product. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Shipping Availability
At present, Adya Shree ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
