Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are provided only under the following circumstances:

•⁠  ⁠You receive a damaged product.
•⁠  ⁠You receive an incorrect item.
•⁠  ⁠The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
•⁠  ⁠Your prepaid order is cancelled before it is shipped.

All refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

•⁠  ⁠Incorrect size selection by the customer.
•⁠  ⁠Change of mind after purchase.
•⁠  ⁠Slight variations in colour due to screen or lighting differences.
•⁠  ⁠Minor irregularities in hand-crafted, hand-printed, or hand-embroidered products, as these are part of their unique character.
•⁠  ⁠Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
•⁠  ⁠Products returned without original tags or packaging.
•⁠  ⁠Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless received damaged or incorrect).

Refund Process

1.⁠ ⁠Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
2.⁠ ⁠Share your order number, photographs of the product, and an unboxing video (if applicable).
3.⁠ ⁠Our team will review your request.
4.⁠ ⁠Once approved, the refund will be initiated.

Refund Timeline

•⁠  ⁠Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
•⁠  ⁠Once approved, refunds are generally credited within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

•⁠  ⁠Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
•⁠  ⁠Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
